How the roster works
Two patrollers minimum, every shift
Our safety policy requires at least two patrollers per shift. The calendar enforces it — a slot can’t go live if it’s under-staffed past its cutoff, and Ops gets an alert before dark.
Patrollers get shift reminders on WhatsApp and email ~2 hours before their block. Reply IN when you arrive and OUTwhen you finish — that’s the whole check-in.
Governance
A registered Non-Profit Company
Briza Neighbourhood Watch is being registered as a South African NPC. Board oversight, an independent treasurer, and full audit trails for every incident, patrol, and expense.
